Q: What are tape Charges ? ( Set Up charges )
A: This is the costs to get a custom logo into a sewable format that our computerized embroidery machines can read. Depending upon stitch count, this cost varies between $75 - $150. This is a one time cost. At Fridays, we waive all set up charges on orders of 24 pieces or more.
Q: How is price of embroidery determined ?
A: Price is dependent upon complexity of the design and the stitch count of the design. ( the larger the design, the higher the stitch count). Generally most left chest logos are about $5.00
Q: If I do not have a logo, what do I do ?
A: There are several options available for you.
a) The simplist is to have your company name stitched in the font of your apparel choice. (No Set Up charge)

b) choose from one of our stock design selections with your company name added ( may be a minimal set up charge ), and
c) send us your company logo in jpeg or tif format using the upload button and we will recreate your design in a stitchable format. In all cases, we will contact you about estimated costs and show you a paper sew out proof for your approval prior to sewing.
Q: Once I have a design set up, can I use it on other garments or locations ?
A: Designs are created with a particular use in mind. Once created, the size of the logo can be altered by 20% larger or smaller for any future orders - usually, making one design set up reuseable for left chest, hats, sleeves, locker patch etc. without incurring additional set up charges.
How Do I Place an Order Using the website?
A: Ordering embroidered apparel from the website is a two step process.
1.) Decide the logo to be sewn along with placement of the logo ( ie. left chest above pocket )
a) send us your logo that you want sewn by uploading it in a jpeg format,
or if you do not have a logo :
b) select a font choice for verbage only to be sewn on your apparel
c) select a picture from our stock designs and add verbage if you want
d) returning clients just need to tell us which logo on file to use
2.) Decide on apparel to purchase
For your convenience, we have categorized the most often ordered apparel items on the

d) submit – please make sure to use the imprint info box and the additional / special instructions box to tell us about desired logo placement and thread color choices

Q: What happens after I place an online order from the website ?
A: You will receive an email cost estimate that will include embroidery charges.
Once approved by you, we will process your order. You will receive an email paper proof of your sewn logo – to also approve
Orders are shipped within two weeks after all approvals have been received.
